Know You Are One with the Energy of Love

When you look around in your life, and observe the things, people and experiences that light you up the most, how do you feel? Whenever you are truly lit up in love and joy, see how this is your true essence shining forth, the purest expression of your being. Within this state, it may be that you have the heart capacity to see the people and things around you within their true essence, and that they shine for you so much because you see them through the lens of love. From this lens, you may feel highest within others, and can see the purity of their being. It's wonderful to be able to appreciate the various elements within your life, as this can truly help you to feel a greater sense of ‘heaven’ on earth.

When you feel one with the energy of love, it is only natural that your joy may flow out in the ways you feel inspired, so you may also be a blessing of joy and peace for others. And from this place of deep fulfillment and joy within, your love may be the fuel behind everything you do. Whenever you are allowing love to guide your actions, feeling vibrant and alive, you know you are aligned with your soul’s mission. And from this state, actions flow effortlessly, as your life recalibrates from the inside out, that your life may become a greater reflection of your internal state of being. The more connected you are to your heart energy, the more likely this will be reflected in everything you do as well, and in the way you see life.

The good news though is that even if you may not always have everything you’d like to have or experience in the external world, you can still look within your heart and find the same bliss that is ever-present. Just closing your eyes for a moment and taking a deep breath in may be all that is needed to help you reconnect back into this place. And from this space, you can remember that you are one with the energy of love, and that this energy always present and available within you wherever you go. You may even consider a vision of breathing in something like a stardust of many colors, and see how as you are filled with this beautiful energy, you too become one with it, and realize that it is also your essence.

What else in this world may also represent love for you? It’s good to have inspiration to draw on, and stay connected, to help you stay fueled. Perhaps you have seen glimmers of this energy within another person, or experience, but ultimately this energy is always all around you, and it is what you are made of. Others may have mirrored to you what is already within your own heart light. As you awaken to your own truth, you will be more likely to feel glimmers of this same essence within others. And from here, you may celebrate them in joy, and remember you are already one with them, and one with this energy.

So the next time are feeling the need to be uplifted, see if you can remind yourself of being one with the highest love and light, and drink from this cup within the moment. Just a few minutes of pausing and going into the silence may be enough time to refill your cup, come back to a place of joy and fulfillment from within, and then allow this energy to fuel you. No matter what your current life circumstance is, and regardless of how anyone else may perceive you, or even your own judgments of yourself, just know that you are already one with the energy of love. You already have everything you need within you to fulfill your purposes on this earth and to shine your light. You always have access to align with the highest and truest version of yourself. With every breath you take, trust that you will be guided and supported by the Universe as you continue on your journey of moving through this world, fully embodied as the energy of love.
