Aligning Your Life to the Peace, Health, and Wellbeing You Desire

If you consider what health challenges you may currently be experiencing, and how to improve them, many times people think of trying out the most conventional approaches first. And while it may be necessary in some cases to take medicine or go to the doctor, it may be that in many cases, an even more significant, life-altering approach may be called for. If you look around at your current life circumstances, do you feel they are primarily a representation of peace and wellbeing, or are they with a variety of stressful elements, people, conditions, and so forth? It may be time to evaluate your current circumstances, and if there are situations that need to change in order for you to have greater peace in your life, you may need to get more serious to make some adjustments.

These types of adjustments may go beyond just giving yourself five or ten minutes of quiet time in the morning, or taking a short break every now and then. If you look around your entire life, and see that it is filled with situations that are constantly harming your inner peace, it may be less likely for a brief ten minutes to heal you, if the other ten hours of the day are filled with stress. Sometimes the adjustments you need to make can be minor, while other times the adjustments are incredibly significant. For example, if there are work circumstances that are causing too much stress, or certain relationships that create more negative feelings than add joy to your life, these are the types of situations that are not always easy to shift out of. As much as possible though, if you can either release yourself from certain situations entirely, or create more and more space around these situations, that may be what is needed to allow for more peace within your life.

In some cases though, it could also be that there are circumstances that offer more of a mix, perhaps bringing a combination of positive emotions, with occasional negative ones. And considering that nobody is perfect, and no life situation will ever be completely perfect, this is typically pretty common. In these cases, you may still want to keep these elements within your life, while shifting your perspective about how you see things. You may choose to focus on the greatest good within a situation or person, and divert your attention from the moments that you feel drawn to judge or interpret something or someone negatively.

It may also be that you intentionally choose to give yourself into circumstances or relationships that are more so for the wellbeing of supporting others. You may purposely choose to remain in situations that have the potential to cause some stress, as a way to offer support for the wellbeing of another. While this may be a kind hearted thing to do, even then, you may want to be aware of how much ongoing stress you are allowing into your life. Even in these types of situations when you’d like to be supportive, it’s important to balance out your life with time for peace, quiet, and other activities that promote your own wellbeing as well.

If you look at your body and see that there is chronic pain or discomfort, you may not always associate it with being the result of a stressful experience in your life. And yet if you consider that ache or discomfort a form of pent-up negative energy, this energy may not necessarily build up in just one day, but could be the result of months or even years of allowing a stressful lifestyle, stressful relationships, or stressful interpretations about the events of your life. If you consider your particular health ailment, and considered what type of negative energy it represented, you may see that this is the type of energy you need to clear out. And from there, you may want to consider how you can invite the opposite spiritual qualities more and more into your life.

If you allow more space in your life for peace, stillness, and harmony, while also visualizing the type of health and wellbeing you’d like to experience, you will be much more likely to move in this direction. In addition to the visualizations, you may also want to consider affirmations or positive self-talk as well, such as telling yourself you will have a good day, you will sleep well, you will feel vibrant and energized, and so forth. Even if you don’t always believe what you are saying, it’s important to say it anyway! If you can reprogram your heart and mind to genuinely believe what you’d like to experience more of, it is much more likely for your the path of your life to reflect greater wellbeing as well.

With Love,

Nicole ✨
